AEX's Polyolefin Busbar Insulation Covers/Boots are cold-applied flexible electrical insulating shrouds for busbar and switchgear connections up to 36kV. These pliable boots can be installed, removed or replaced in few minutes. The covers are designed to protect and insulate energized busbar connections from flash-overs due to accidental contact. These Covers are Halogen free because it is made from high-quality Cross-linked Polyolefin material. These Covers/Boots provide a reduction in air clearance, hence it is used to make compact Switchgear Panels.
